The anthology Hold to Record: Voice Notes from Refugees grew out of the Voice Notes international creative writing and sound arts project, exploring the role of the telephone call for those who have experienced forced displacement. Featuring messages from 12 refugees and asylum seekers from around the world, the project offers new ways to think about displaced voices, creative networks and different modes of talking and listening across cultures. This pamphlet anthology has been created with communities who have fled violence and persecution, and yet who continue to offer messages of solidarity and hope.

Hold to Record will launch in April 2025. You can order an advance copy from this page for £8.50 plus postage.
